Mercury Products


Because mercury is very toxic, mercury-containing products have been banned from landfill disposal. Common mercury containing products are: fluorescent bulbs, high pressure sodium (HPS) lamps, mercury vapor lamps, mercury switches, thermometers, laboratory solutions, neon lamps, metal halide (MH) lamps, blood pressure guages, thermostats and manometers.
